Bridges At Bear Creek
Bridges at Bear Creek is a newer development in south Austin. It is located to the south of Shady Hollow and runs along both sides of Brodie Lane. Frate Barker and FM 1626 hold it in place by bordering the north and south ends of the neighborhood. Builders are Mercedes, Scott Felder, Lennar and Buffington. Scott Felder is advertising their homes as estate homes built on 1 acre lots. Neighboring schools for this community are Timy Baranhoff Elementary, Bailey Middle School for 6-8th grades and James Bowie Senior High School grades 9 through 12th all in the Austin Independent School District. This neighborhood offers easy access to I35 by traveling a few miles east on FM 1626 or a few miles west to connect to Mo-Pac. Onion Creek Country club is nearby for the golf enthusiast and the new Park Meadows shopping center is close by also offering a variety of shops and restaurants.
