Collene's Bio

Born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana but grew up in Lake Jackson, Texas(on the Texas Gulf Coast south of Galveston). Moved to Houston in 1969 until the mid 1990's,  Lived for a brief time in Corpus Christi and Phoenix, AZ and moved to Austin the summer of 1999.

I have worked in and around the Real Estate business in Texas since 1978.  Worked for Developers in  Houston in the commercial & industrial side of the business. In 1987-88 I moved to Corpus Christi and worked for a broker and developer in resort real estate.  After moving to Austin, TX in 1999 I decided that my future was to be selling residential real estate.  The majority of my business is through referrals from previous clients, friends, family and repeat clients.

I have represented both Buyers & Sellers in my neighborhood of Canyon Creek and all over Greater Austin including Lakeway, Spicewood, Liberty Hill, Round Rock, Leander, Cedar Park, Elgin, Manor, Pflugerville, Buda, Kyle, Dripping Springs, West Point(near LaGrange), Bastrop, and most areas central of Austin.

Promise:   My focus in building my business through referrals is to make each and every client feel like they are my only client, and ultimately to create a win-win for buyers and sellers in each transaction.

Memberships:  Austin Board of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. Accredited Buyers Representative and E-Pro member.

My Committment:  I am a Realtor and I am committed to furthering my knowledge base in this industry on a continuing basis...over and above the required classes every year.  Presently enrolled in the GRI program.  I feel it is important to be as up to date on this ever changing industry as is possible so as to keep my clients well informed.
